In 2022, I bought a "dune shack" on the Cape. It was the home and studio space of the late artist Vernon Smith with an 1885 ice house at its core. It’s a gut renovation project and an investment into the future. A place for experimentation, learning, growth and creativity. Looking for collaborators.
